I decided to give Betsy's fun technique a try. I used a scrap of acetate and it worked really well. I liked the stamping of the background (hello sunshine in harvest gold) and reflected focal sentiment so I decided to keep this simple. I was going to mat the 5"x3.75" layer onto A2 cardstock but then decided to add a patterned paper strip to the side and mount this onto kraft cut to 41/4"x5".
I'm going to sneek this into my husband's briefcase for a sweet surprise.
Bye for now.
Supplies used:
Inks: PTI kraft, harvest gold, versafine vintage sepia
Stamps: PTI hello sunshine
Papers: MME The Sweetest Thing (tangerine)
Cardstock: PTI vintage cream and kraft
