vintage natural beauties

I decided to try Dawn McVey's vintage looking blue and green stamped flowers. When my daughter was 2 she loved pink in fact I think she wanted the whole world to be pink (to my horror). By the age of 9 she decided she hates pink (I like pink just not in massive doses). So I decided to avoid pink on this card to a friend's daughter. I really don't think she'll get another card like this (hoping she likes it).
Friends have been saying how much they love their zipper cards.

I've decided to pre-order the new J.K.Rowling book- I loved all the Harry Potter books-hopefully this will be just as good.

Supplies used:
Inks: PTI simply chartreuse, hawaiian shores, aqua mist, JB spice tin, DI peeled paint
Stamps: PTI movers and shakers sentiments, PTI natural beauties
Dies: PTI zipper die
Cardstock: PTI vintage cream and aqua mist

  1. Well, this card is simply gorgeous. I would never have paired these colors together if it were not for Dawn McVey either. But don't they look fab? And, how fun that you used the zipper die. I can relate to hating pink. My youngest is adamantly opposed to pink--allergic.
