Papertrey Ink December Blog Hop Challenge

When I saw the beautiful inspiration picture I immediately thought of a card Maile Belles made using Beautiful Butterflies. I decided to make a sympathy card as they are often white and it will help to have a card of this type for the future. I've often seen people comment that a sympathy card is hard to make at the time and have found this is true.

I found lots of different ways to emboss with dies but went with Jess Witty's method in the SAF card set challenge video. It was a simple card to make and I'm happy with the results.
I thought I'd show one of my Christmas tags in the background. They were all die cut from last years Christmas cards.

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas Day and thanks in advance for any wonderful comments. I have a stinky cold but I'm still happy as I'm spending time with my wonderful family.

Supplies used:
Stamps: Papertrey Ink Beautiful Butterflies
Cardstock: PTI white
Dies: PTI Beautiful Butterflies
