Okay, so I watched this weeks MIM and thought Betsy has gone from genius to crazy when she pulled out a comb and combed the inked stamp! How could I have doubted her?! This is my entry:
It is going to a friend who has fallen off her bike rather spectacularly and broken her arm- ouch!
My new favourite craft tool is the fiskars stamp press - it's amazing. It makes lining up and stamping so much easier. I also love the PTI tea stamps and matching dies they are so adorable. Tea is essential to my life (especially in the morning and maybe other times during the day). It definately helps any healing process! Thanks also to Maile Belles for the inspiration.
Bye for now,
Victoria
Other supplies used:
Stamps: Papertrey Ink sketched shapes (banner), Birthday style (bubbles), Tea for Two and Tea for Two additions
Inks: PTI aqua mist, Versafine onyx black, HA tide pool and soft cantaloupe
My son's comb! (shhh...he doesn't know I used it on an inked stamp)

ReplyDeleteGorgeous and how nice of you to boost your friend's spirits with this beauty. So, what size stamp press did you buy? I've been eyeing them for sometime and wondered if I should just go for it.
