watercolour splats

This weeks MIM over on Nichole Heady's blog is watercolour splats. Nichole used controlled splats but I splattered water with a paintbrush all over using less control!

I've finally found a cardstock that I can buy in the UK and is fab for dye inks. As A4 is a different size in the UK the base is 5.5" by 4.2" (thinner than the US A2 size). The dye inks look fantastic on this cardstock- I'm a happy customer. I love Papertrey Ink cardstock but it's too expensive to order to the UK.

We enjoyed the Easter holidays. As well as going out and about I've been reading the Game of Thrones books...up to book 3 at the moment!

  9. What a fun card. Love how you used that water splat technique and with such bright colors. So glad you found affordable paper. Our Michael's just started carrying some really heavy white--so cheap and almost the same as PTI.
