painterly stripes

This card is hugely inspired by a skirt I saw and had to buy! It was relaxing to watercolour the painterly stripes in the background.

This is the pretty skirt:

We had lovely sunshine at the weekend so I got to wear it then!  It's from a Cornish clothes company Seasalt. I'm entering this into Simon Says....Die Crazy over on Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge blog.
