Papertrey May 2014 Blog Hop

This months PTI blog hop is....Aqua & Melon. These are my absolutely favourite colours along with Hawaiian Shores and Berry Sorbet (as evidenced by my clothes buying and phone case).

After making a card I thought this would make a fab set of cards.
I seriously underestimated the time it would take to stamp the Bold Bouquet! Lots of 2 step stamping was involved.

The whole set:

I've always wanted to make a box for the cards like Betsy's. To adapt it to English envelope size the base is 6 1/2" x 8 1/2". The top is 11" by 7" ( I scored at 5" and 6"). Betsy's tutorial was easy to follow and this really is the most beautiful way to package handmade cards.
My husband pointed out it's like a book!

I went all out here and used the smaller bouquet image to stamp the back of the envelopes.

My gift is complete....I really hope the recipient likes this.
