SAF 2015: Altered white t-shirt

I decided to go simple (in accordance with my sewing skills) and add a fabric flower to a plain white t-shirt. I used the largest flower die from Ruby Rose to die-cut 6 fabric flowers. One was used as a base and then the rest were folded into quarters and sewn on. My daughter (much prettier than me) is modelling her new t-shirt:
We went to London for SAF day. I did manage to watch the Vogue video, which was very funny, on the train. We enjoyed the entertainment in Covent Garden before going to watch The Lion King at the theatre. (We were slightly disappointed in The Lion King show after watching War Horse last year). This selfie is with an art exhibition currently in the Covent Garden market:
I'm going to try and catch up with some of the challenges today. I'll leave you with some more photos from Covent Garden:

  1. Hi love your photos. We are on vaca, so no crafting for me. I am looking at and watching as much as I can. Hope you are all well. Your daughter looks adorable in her shirt.
