Last year he fell in the water at the first obstacle but he showed brilliant resilience by coming back this year and not only beating the wall but completing the semi-final too! It's such an inspirational story. I'll link to the youtube clip from the show here. They titled it: the redemption of Ruel DaCosta.
Just need to tidy up now....that takes a lot longer than grabbing supplies.
