When I saw Betsy's beautiful card and thought I so need those stencils (it was bad enough seeing all the wonderful blog hop entries)! Anyway I decided to use distress inks, scattered straw and spun sugar, to ink blend a soft background. Then I die cut a ruby rose flower onto acetate and used that to stencil the background. A bold sentiment and to finish it is mounted onto a harvest gold cardbase.
I really like the soft background.
