These are my Christmas cards in a non-traditional colour scheme; I was inspired by Nichole Heady's challenge photo. They are being posted to the caring hearts drive for 2016 which for the first year includes the UK. They fit into a DL envelope unfolded....just waiting for some silver 4" envelopes to arrive as I couldn't find any in our local shops.
Since postage costs have risen in the UK we receive less Christmas cards but I love the ones we are sent from family and friends. These are to show someone elderly that they are not forgotten. The caring hearts card drive distributes the cards to the elderly in nursing homes.

Talking of Christmas in November....the John Lewis Christmas advert made me laugh, Marks and Spencer left me teary eyed and ordering Mrs Santa's red dress and Sainsbury's stressed the importance of family time which of course is more important than presents but I'm not sure my children agree!
Best wishes

ReplyDeleteFabulous design. Love the pretty scallop edges and colors from the photo on your ornaments, Victoria
ReplyDeleteIt's the sweet scalloping that makes this a cut above, Victoria! It's a distinct and lovely design!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteLove the simplicity of these, Victoria, and perfect for mass producing. Agree the scalloped edge just makes them stand out.
